Not all deliveries are perfect. If applicable, the customer can reject the delivery with comments (e. g., in the case of damages or incorrect delivery). Ryan explains that "The customer and or delivery driver documents any breakage, allowing the item to go right back into the reject pool to be re-fabricated." This process saves PFG Glass a couple of hours by transferring the data back into the breakage pool immediately for faster fabrication and redelivery.
